Vehicle and Traffic (Vehicle Standards) Amendment Regulations 2021
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Vehicle and Traffic Act 1999 .

These regulations may be cited as the Vehicle and Traffic (Vehicle Standards) Amendment Regulations 2021 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which the Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2021 commence.
In these regulations, the Vehicle and Traffic (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 2014 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Regulation 4 amended (Vehicle Standards offences)
Regulation 4(2)(a) of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:(a) by omitting from subparagraph (ii) " Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2010 " and substituting "Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2021";(b) by omitting from subparagraph (iii) " Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2010 " and substituting "Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2021".

These regulations amend the Vehicle and Traffic (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 2014 consequent on the commencement of the Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2021 .
