Residential Tenancy (Extension of Emergency Period) Order (No. 3) 2020
I make the following order under section 3A(1) of the Residential Tenancy Act 1997 .

This order may be cited as the Residential Tenancy (Extension of Emergency Period) Order (No. 3) 2020 .
This order takes effect on 2 December 2020.
3. Extension of emergency period for COVID-19 emergency
The emergency period that was to expire on 1 December 2020 is extended to 31 January 2021.
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.

This order, made under section 3A(1) of the Residential Tenancy Act 1997 , extends until 31 January 2021 the emergency period that was to expire on 1 December 2020.
