Fishing (Licence Ownership and Interest) Registration (Fees) Regulations 2012
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Fishing (Licence Ownership and Interest) Registration Act 2001 .

These regulations may be cited as the Fishing (Licence Ownership and Interest) Registration (Fees) Regulations 2012 .
These regulations take effect on 12 June 2012.
In these regulations –Act means the Fishing (Licence Ownership and Interest) Registration Act 2001 .
The fees specified in Schedule 1 are prescribed as the fees payable under the Act in respect of the matters to which they respectively relate.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations –(a) prescribe fees that are payable under the Fishing (Licence Ownership and Interest) Registration Act 2001 ; and(b) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Fishing (Licence Ownership and Interest) Registration (Fees) Regulations 2002 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .
