Vehicle and Traffic (Vehicle Operations) Amendment Regulations 2010
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under section 45 of the Vehicle and Traffic Act 1999 .

These regulations may be cited as the Vehicle and Traffic (Vehicle Operations) Amendment Regulations 2010 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Vehicle and Traffic (Vehicle Operations) Regulations 2001 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Regulation 35A amended (Application of Part)
Regulation 35A(b)(iv) of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "regulation 74 of the Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2000 " and substituting " regulation 91 of the Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2010 ".

These regulations amend the Vehicle and Traffic (Vehicle Operations) Regulations 2001 by updating a legislative reference consequent on the commencement of the Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2010 .
