Vehicle and Traffic (Vehicle Standards) Amendment Regulations 2001
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Vehicle and Traffic Act 1999 .

These regulations may be cited as the Vehicle and Traffic (Vehicle Standards) Amendment Regulations 2001 .
These regulations take effect on 1 January 2002.
In these regulations, the Vehicle and Traffic (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 2001 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Regulation 108 amended (Other lights and reflectors)
Regulation 108(3) of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting " Traffic (Vehicle Loads and Dimensions) Regulations 1975 " and substituting " Vehicle and Traffic (Vehicle Operations) Regulations 2001 ".

These regulations amend the Vehicle Standards by replacing a reference to the Traffic (Vehicle Loads and Dimensions) Regulations 1975 with a reference to the Vehicle and Traffic (Vehicle Operations) Regulations 2001 .
