Subordinate Legislation Order 2000

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 11(5) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Subordinate Legislation Order 2000 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

3.   Postponement of repeals

The repeal under section 11(1) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 of the statutory rules specified in Schedule 1 is postponed until 1 January 2002.
