Transport (Exemptions) (Rescission) Regulations 2000
I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Commission, make the following regulations under the Transport Act 1981 .

These regulations may be cited as the Transport (Exemptions) (Rescission) Regulations 2000 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which the Vehicle and Traffic Act 1999 commences.
3. Transport (Exemptions) Regulations 1981 rescinded
The Transport (Exemptions) Regulations 1981 are rescinded.
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
Notified in the Gazette on 11 August 2000
These regulations are administered in the Department of Infrastructure, Energy and Resources.
