EXPLANATORY NOTE

These regulations –(a) prescribe, for the purposes of the Trustee Companies Act 1953 , certain amounts relating to an election to administer small estates under that Act; and(b) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Trustee Companies Regulations 2016 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .
