EXPLANATORY NOTE

This order –(a) removes from the rail network under the Rail Infrastructure Act 2007 those portions of the South Line and Derwent Valley Line that are included in Area 1 designated in Plan 11521 in the Central Plan Register; and(b) revokes the designation of Tasmanian Railway Pty Ltd as the Rail Infrastructure Owner in respect of that area.
