Tasmanian Assessment, Standards and Certification (Fees) Regulations 2023

These regulations are administered in the Department for Education, Children and Young People.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

(a) prescribe the fees payable under the Tasmanian Assessment, Standards and Certification Act 2003 ; and

(b) fix an expiry date for these regulations of 30 June 2025; and

(c) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Office of Tasmanian Assessment, Standards and Certification (Fees) Regulations 2013 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .
