EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations –(a) provide, for the purposes of the Vehicle and Traffic Act 1999 , for a mechanism for review of certain administrative decisions made under that Act; and(b) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Vehicle and Traffic (Review of Decisions) Regulations 2010 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .
