These regulations –(a) set out model rules for the purposes of the Associations Incorporation Act 1964 ; and(b) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Associations Incorporation (Model Rules) Regulations 2007 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .
