EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations, which replace the Workers (Occupational Diseases) Relief Fund Regulations 1996 consequent on their repeal under the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 , prescribe (a) the manner of applying for compensation under the Workers' (Occupational Diseases) Relief Fund Act 1954 ; and(b) the manner of appealing to a medical referee against a certificate given under that Act.
