Proclamation under the Residential Parks Act 2026

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Residential Parks Act 2026 fix 8 October 2026 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than the following provisions, commence:

(a) sections 43(2) and (3), 45, 46, 47 and 105;

(b) clause 4 of Schedule 1.
