State Service (Restructuring) Order (No. 2) 2026

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Premier, make the following order under section 11 of the State Service Act 2000 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the State Service (Restructuring) Order (No. 2) 2026 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on 13 August 2026.

3.   Amalgamations

The part, of Building Tasmania, that is known as the Climate Change Office is amalgamated with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Tasmania.

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
