Heavy Vehicle National Law (Tasmania) Amendment Regulations 2026
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Heavy Vehicle National Law (Tasmania) Act 2013 .

These regulations may be cited as the Heavy Vehicle National Law (Tasmania) Amendment Regulations 2026 .
These regulations take effect on 1 August 2026.
In these regulations, the Heavy Vehicle National Law (Tasmania) Regulations 2023 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Heavy Vehicle National Law (Tasmania) Regulations 2023 .
