Proclamation under the Public Health Amendment (Prohibited Tobacco and Other Products) Act 2026
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Public Health Amendment (Prohibited Tobacco and Other Products) Act 2026 fix 22 July 2026 as the day on which that Act commences.
