State Service (Agencies and Heads of Agencies) Order 2026
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 12 of the State Service Act 2000 .

This order may be cited as the State Service (Agencies and Heads of Agencies) Order 2026 .
This order takes effect on 2 July 2026.
In this order, the State Service Act 2000 is referred to as the Principal Act.
The amendments effected by this clause have been incorporated into the authorised version of the State Service Act 2000 .
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
