I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 4 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1990 .

PART 1 - Preliminary

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements Amendment Order (No. 3) 2026 .

2.   Commencement

(1)  Except as provided in this clause, the provisions of this order take effect on 2 July 2026.
(2)  Part 3 takes effect on 16 July 2026.
PART 2 - Administrative Arrangements Order 2025 Amended

3.   Principal Order

In this Part, the Administrative Arrangements Order 2025 is referred to as the Principal Order.

The amendments effected by this Part have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Administrative Arrangements Order 2025 .
PART 3 - Administrative Arrangements Order 2025 Further Amended
