Proclamation under the Sentencing Amendment (Alcohol Treatment Order) Act 2024
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Sentencing Amendment (Alcohol Treatment Order) Act 2024 fix 30 April 2026 as the day on which that Act commences.
