Proclamation under the Roads and Jetties Act 1935

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 52A of the Roads and Jetties Act 1935  –

(a) amend the proclamation notified in the Gazette as Statutory Rules 1989, No. 199 by omitting the table in Schedule 1 to that proclamation and substituting the following table:

	Definition	Length in kilometres
1.	From the Tasman Highway at the Mornington Interchange to the Rokeby Main Road at a point 0.12 kilometres south-east of the junction with Merindah Street, as shown bounded by heavy black lines on plans 1805, 1806, 1807, 1808 and 11618 in the Central Plan Register	3.94

(b) amend the proclamation notified in the Gazette as Statutory Rules 1989, No. 199 by omitting the table in Schedule 2 to that proclamation and substituting the following table:

(c) revoke the proclamation notified in the Gazette as Statutory Rules 2000, No. 192; and

(d) declare that this proclamation takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
