Proclamation under the Justice Miscellaneous (Reporting Procedures) Act 2025
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Justice Miscellaneous (Reporting Procedures) Act 2025 fix 1 October 2025 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.
