Proclamation under the Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (Additional Jurisdictions) Act 2025

I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (Additional Jurisdictions) Act 2025 fix 1 July 2025 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.
