Proclamation under the Container Refund Scheme Act 2022

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Container Refund Scheme Act 2022 fix 1 May 2025 as the day on which the following provisions of that Act commence:

(a) Division 1 of Part 2 ;

(b) Division 2 of Part 3 ;

(c) Part 4 ;

(d) sections 11 , 13 , 35 - 40 and 42 - 45 .
