Proclamation under the Police Offences Amendment (Nazi Symbol and Gesture Prohibition) Act 2023
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Police Offences Amendment (Nazi Symbol and Gesture Prohibition) Act 2023 fix 30 November 2023 as the day on which that Act commences.
