Proclamation under the Education Legislation Amendments (Education Regulation) Act 2022
I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Education Legislation Amendments (Education Regulation) Act 2022 fix 1 July 2023 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.
