Proclamation under the Biosecurity Act 2019
I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Biosecurity Act 2019 fix 17 May 2023 as the day on which section 75 and section 282 of that Act and Parts 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of Schedule 3 to that Act commence.
