Proclamation under the Youth Justice Amendment (Searches in Custody) Act 2022
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Youth Justice Amendment (Searches in Custody) Act 2022 fix 1 December 2022 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.
