I make the following order under section 43D of the Electricity Supply Industry Act 1995 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Electricity Supply Industry Concession Amendment Order 2022 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on 1 July 2022.

3.   Principal Order

In this order, the Electricity Supply Industry Concession Order 2016 is referred to as the Principal Order.

The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Electricity Supply Industry Concession Order 2016 .
