Guardianship and Administration (Corresponding Laws) Notice 2022
I make the following notice under section 81(1) of the Guardianship and Administration Act 1995 .

This notice may be cited as the Guardianship and Administration (Corresponding Laws) Notice 2022 .
This notice takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
The following laws are declared to be corresponding laws for the purposes of section 81 of the Guardianship and Administration Act 1995 :(a) the Guardianship and Management of Property Act 1991 of the Australian Capital Territory;(b) the Guardianship Act 1987 of New South Wales;(c) the NSW Trustee and Guardian Act 2009 of New South Wales;(d) the Advance Personal Planning Act 2013 of the Northern Territory;(e) the Guardianship of Adults Act 2016 of the Northern Territory;(f) the Guardianship and Administration Act 2000 of Queensland;(g) the Advance Care Directives Act 2013 of South Australia;(h) the Guardianship and Administration Act 1993 of South Australia;(i) Part 3 of the Guardianship and Administration Act 2019 of Victoria;(j) the following parts of the Medical Treatment Planning and Decisions Act 2016 of Victoria:(i) Parts 1, 3, 6 and 7;(ii) Part 4, as it applies to medical treatment decision makers;(k) the Guardianship and Administration Act 1990 of Western Australia.
The legislation specified in Schedule 1 is revoked.
