Proclamation under the Brickmakers Point Landslip Act 2021
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Brickmakers Point Landslip Act 2021 fix 29 September 2021 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.
