Economic Regulator (MAIB Premiums) Amendment Order 2021
I make the following order under section 36 of the Economic Regulator Act 2009 .

This order may be cited as the Economic Regulator (MAIB Premiums) Amendment Order 2021 .
This order takes effect on the 61st day after the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
In this order, the Economic Regulator (MAIB Premiums) Order 2017 is referred to as the Principal Order.
The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Economic Regulator (MAIB Premiums) Order 2017 .
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
