Taxation Administration Order 2021
I make the following order under section 35(4) of the Taxation Administration Act 1997 .

This order may be cited as the Taxation Administration Order 2021 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
3. Premium component of interest rate
For the purposes of section 35(4)(b) of the Taxation Administration Act 1997 , 4% is specified as the premium component of the interest rate for the purposes of that Act.
