Electricity Supply Industry Restructuring (Savings and Transitional Provisions) Amendment Order 2021
I make the following order under section 16D of the Electricity Supply Industry Restructuring (Savings and Transitional Provisions) Act 1995 .

This order may be cited as the Electricity Supply Industry Restructuring (Savings and Transitional Provisions) Amendment Order 2021 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
In this order, the Electricity Supply Industry Restructuring (Savings and Transitional Provisions) Order 2020 is referred to as the Principal Order.
The amendments effected by this clause have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Electricity Supply Industry Restructuring (Savings and Transitional Provisions) Order 2020 .
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
