Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) (Transfer of Rail Infrastructure - South Corridor from Elwick Road to Mentmore Street) Notice 2021
I make the following notice under section 100(1) of the Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) Act 2016 .

This notice may be cited as the Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) (Transfer of Rail Infrastructure - South Corridor from Elwick Road to Mentmore Street) Notice 2021 .
This notice takes effect on 5 February 2021.
3. Transfer of rail infrastructure
All rail infrastructure that is situated on the corridor named the South Corridor from Elwick Road to Mentmore Street is transferred to the Crown.
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
