Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) (South Corridor from Elwick Road to Mentmore Street) Notice 2021

I make the following notice under section 6 of the Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) Act 2016 .

1.   Short title

This notice may be cited as the Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) (South Corridor from Elwick Road to Mentmore Street) Notice 2021 .

2.   Commencement

This notice takes effect on 5 February 2021.

3.   Declaration of strategic infrastructure corridor

The area of land designated on Plan 10597 in the Central Plan Register to be land within a corridor is –

(a) declared to be a strategic infrastructure corridor; and

(b) assigned the name "South Corridor from Elwick Road to Mentmore Street".

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
