I make the following notice under section 6 of the Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) Act 2016 .

1.   Short title

This notice may be cited as the Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) (Western Corridor from Wynyard to Burnie Port) Notice 2020 .

2.   Commencement

This notice takes effect on 20 November 2020.

3.   Declaration of strategic infrastructure corridor

(1)  The areas of land, identified as Area 1 on Plan 10922, Plan 10912, Plan 10907 and Plan 10610 in the Central Plan Register, are –
(a) designated to be land within a corridor; and
(b) declared to be a strategic infrastructure corridor; and
(c) assigned the name “Western Corridor from Wynyard to Burnie Port”.
(2)  A reduced copy of the following plans in the Central Plan Register are set out, by way of illustration only, in Schedule 1 :
(a) Plan 10922;
(b) Plan 10912;
(c) Plan 10907;
(d) Plan 10610.
