Proclamation under the Corrections Amendment (Prisoner Remission) Act 2019
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Corrections Amendment (Prisoner Remission) Act 2019 fix 1 November 2020 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.
