Rail Infrastructure (North-East Line) Order 2020
I make the following order under section 49 of the Rail Infrastructure Act 2007 .

This order may be cited as the Rail Infrastructure (North-East Line) Order 2020 .
This order takes effect on 7 February 2020.
In this order, the Rail Infrastructure Act 2007 is referred to as the Principal Act.
The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Rail Infrastructure Act 2007 .
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
