Proclamation under the Burial and Cremation Act 2019
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Burial and Cremation Act 2019 fix 25 December 2019 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.
