Fisheries (Abalone) Amendment Rules 2019

I make the following rules under the Living Marine Resources Management Act 1995 .

PART 1 - Preliminary

1.   Short title

These rules may be cited as the Fisheries (Abalone) Amendment Rules 2019 .

2.   Commencement

(1)  Except as provided by this rule, these rules take effect on the day on which the making of these rules is notified in the Gazette.
(2)  Part 2 takes effect on 1 November 2019.
(3)  Part 3 takes effect on 1 January 2020.
PART 2 - Fisheries (Abalone) Rules 2017 Amended

3.   Principal Rules

In this Part, the Fisheries (Abalone) Rules 2017 are referred to as the Principal Rules.
