Proclamation under the Corrections Amendment Act 2018
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Corrections Amendment Act 2018 , fix 1 July 2019 as the day on which that Act commences.
