Shop Trading Hours (Anzac Day) Amendment Order 2018

I make the following order under section 5AAA(2)(c) of the Shop Trading Hours Act 1984 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Shop Trading Hours (Anzac Day) Amendment Order 2018 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

3.   Principal Order

In this order, the Shop Trading Hours (Anzac Day) Order 2016 is referred to as the Principal Order.

4.   

The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Shop Trading Hours (Anzac Day) Order 2016 .
