Proclamation under the Firearms (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2015
I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Firearms (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2015 fix 4 December 2017 as the day on which sections 35, 36, 44 and 65 of that Act commence.
