Water Management (Watercourse Authority Exemption) Amendment Order 2016
I make the following order under section 123G(1) of the Water Management Act 1999 .

This order may be cited as the Water Management (Watercourse Authority Exemption) Amendment Order 2016 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
In this order, the Water Management (Watercourse Authority Exemption) Order 2009 is referred to as the Principal Order.
The amendments effected by this clause have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Water Management (Watercourse Authority Exemption) Order 2009 .
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
