Proclamation under the Children, Young Persons and Their Families Amendment Act 2013

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Children, Young Persons and Their Families Amendment Act 2013 fix 1 July 2016 as the day on which sections 5 , 6 , 9 , 12 , 13 , 14 , 15 , 16 , 20 , 21 , 25 , 26 , 27 , 28 , 29 , 30 , 33 , 34 , 35 and 43 of that Act commence.
