Proclamation under the Commissioner for Children and Young People Act 2016

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Commissioner for Children and Young People Act 2016 fix 1 July 2016 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.
