Local Government Order 2016

I make the following order under section 137(1)(b) of the Local Government Act 1993 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Local Government Order 2016 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

3.   Transfer of land to Flinders Council

The land situated at Main Street, Lady Barron in Tasmania, comprised in Volume 86322, Folio 1 of the Register kept under section 33 of the Land Titles Act 1980 , is transferred to the Flinders Council.

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
