Public Health (Tobacco Advertisements) Revocation Order 2015
I make the following order under section 70(2)(d) of the Public Health Act 1997 .

This order may be cited as the Public Health (Tobacco Advertisements) Revocation Order 2015 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
The legislation specified in Schedule 1 is revoked.
