Proclamation under the Public Health (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2015
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Public Health (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2015 fix 1 July 2015 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.
